Payment Methods

I accept payment through PayPal, Google, cashier's checks, personal checks, money orders or wire transfers - please contact me for details. I will ship after I receive payment.

Ordering and item in stock

If you order an item that is in stock, I will ship it to you after I receive payment. If I am performing service before shipping, I will give you an estimated shipping date depending on the service performed.

Approval Policy - In Stock Items

From the time you receive an instrument you have 48 hours to approve it.

Ordering a New Instrument

If you want an instrument built for you, I require a 25% non-refundable deposit. I will give you an estimated completion date for the instrument. If I do not complete the instrument within six months of the estimated completion date, I will refund this 'non-refundable deposit' if you request it.

From the time you receive an instrument I extend 48 hours for you to approve it. If you request a return within 48 hours of the instruments's arrival, a refund (less the non-refundable deposit and less shipping/insurance charges) will be issued once I have determined that the instrument is in its original condition.

Return shipping must include insurance to cover the instrument's purchase price and must be paid by the customer.

Shipping/Insurance

I can't ship to P.O. Boxes.

All shipping and insurance charges must be quoted based on the instrument and the shipping address. All applicable duties and taxes are the responsibility of customers.

If the shipping address is outside the continental U.S. I will contact customers to confirm shipping charges and other special payment requirements.

Exchange and Trade

Within 30 days of the purchase date, I will exchange an instrument toward the purchase of any other instrument of equal or greater value. The instrument to be exchanged must be returned in original condition and the full purchase price (less shipping/insurance charges) will be credited.

Within one year of the purchase date, I will exchange an instrument toward the purchase of any other instrument of equal or greater value. The instrument to be exchanged must be returned in original condition and 80% of the full purchase price (less shipping/insurance charges) will be credited.
